An excellent opportunity has presented for a motivated, determined and organised person to join this multinational company's customer service team. With International manufacturing operations servicing the Australian and New Zealand market the role offers variety and ongoing challenges.



Reporting to the CS Manager you will take responsibility for receipt, processing and effective execution of customer orders. You will liaise with OS manufacturing facilities and internal shipping department as goods are shipped direct to customer from the factory.



You will be well supported in the first instance by the Customer Service Manager so if you meet the below attributes, have good administration skills and a confident phone manner then you are encouraged to apply.



The role requires someone with strong communication skills, determination and above average organisation abilities. At times you need to exercise persuasive powers and be assertive with internal parties and OS factories to influence a positive outcome.



Intermediate MS Office skills are required; Lotus Notes and / or SAP experience would be beneficial.

Previous experience with import or export experience is essential.
